· Travel arrangement for flight, accommodation, transport, VISA, and Business Travel insurance claims.

· Coordinate the stationery and sundries purchases.

· Distribution of health and safety kits and office stationery.

· Set up new hire workstations and stationery.

· New hire safety induction

Facility Management

· Liaise with our external Fire Safety Manager and CERT team to comply with the SFDC standards, conduct fire safety checks, WICA investigation report, renew license and inspections

· Budget planning, coordination, and overseeing the execution of minor renovations

· Ensure all machinery like forklift, crane, air-condition, compressor, lift (cargo and passenger) are well maintained

· Office Space Management

· Equipment Disposal Management

· Coordinating Building maintenance with various vendors on the landscape, waste management, pest control, and cleaners

· SOLAR system monitoring and generating of analysis report

· Setting reminders on the power generator start-up

· Address any form of violation of safety codes within the organization

People Requirements

1. Diploma holder in business management or related field is preferred.

2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience HR Administration and Facilities coordination

3. Familiarity with office equipment and security systems

4. Hands-on experience with an understanding of safety regulations in offices

5. Well-organised

6. Sound judgment and the ability to respond quickly during emergencies

7. Good verbal and written communication skills and inter-personnel skills

8. Self-directed, able to work under minimal supervision and independently

Job Description

• Leads, or contributes to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information and financial flows, manufacturing and logistics.
• Leads or participates in multi-function supply chain projects with an emphasis on project planning, supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of cost, service and inventory.
• Participates in the design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, business intelligence and tools to support business growth.
• Identifies gaps and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.
• Works in conjunction with Information Technology partners to ensure the system framework addresses business requirements.
• Implements, tests, troubleshoots and improves business systems to increase manufacturing quality, efficiency and volume.
• Identify opportunities or recommendations for a 2nd source to maximize competitive costs or availability & flexibility
• Collaborate with Commodity Management to implement sourcing strategy to reduce lead time, cost, and supply chain risk
• Support procurement organization to drive engagement with suppliers and track progress relative to Scope 3 commitments which aligns to Agilent Net Zero goals
• Work across the organization to identify procurement processes continuous improvement opportunity and help develop framework and drive results based on deliverables
• Executing on impactful projects that will deliver to greater efficiency within the procurement organization and strengthen our relationship with our supplier base (Eg. Supplier lifecycle management)
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, value chain and logistics optimization to reduce landed product cost
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams with the goal to deliver value to the company, customers and organization
• Develop comprehensive supply chain analysis including suppliers, lead time, availability, and commodity risk factors using available technology and tools driving a digitalized procurement mindset across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent practical experience MBA or Master's degree in Engineering and Operations with minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience working cross functional teams, driving results by leadership and effective communication
• Experience in supplier management and engagement to drive sustainability impact for the organization especially in Scope 3
• Track record and success in supply chain optimization projects, including supplier route optimization, sourcing optimization of parts and materials for procurement
• Experience in using project management tools to manage projects such as Smartsheet
• Experience in using PDM tools such as Agile and supply management tools such as Ariba
• Experience in executing supplier lifecycle management projects to deliver greater efficiency in improving communications, tools, and processes in managing supplier base
• Experience in executing supplier compliance management projects

Job Description

• Ensure the highest level of quality service is rendered to customers by providing them accurate information, solving problems and serve in a variety of pre and post-sales functions via calls and emails.
• Account management of quote to cash cycle, generation and conversion of quotes to orders where accuracy and responsiveness are critical
• Coordinate and responsible for end to end order management which includes order fulfillment, shipment coordination, 3rd party requisitions, returns and payment liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring orders are align with Agilent's policies, processes and legal requirements.
• Ensure close follow-up of outstanding orders and issue with proactive communication to customers.
• Keeping up to date on sales discount and marketing, promotional programs and to administer these accordingly.
• Responsible for customer's journey and manage sensitive issues with poise and professionalism, escalate when necessary
• Provide support in business projects related to process improvement, customer experience, etc.
• Performing on miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master or University Degree, in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service operations, order processing, handle Singapore market and preferable in the same industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Required Thai language expertise: Able to read, write and converse in Thai.
• Proficiency in MS Office -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP system is preferred but not mandatory
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment, and prioritize among competing tasks
• Equipped with business acumen preferred, with customer-centric mindset
• Goal-oriented and self-driven who can focus and motivate others to meet business objectives
