Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to company activities, including contracts, agreements, and project plans.
• Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between internal teams and external, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
• Event Planning: Assist in organizing company projects or events, contributing to their growth and development.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
• Resource Allocation: Collaborate with internal departments to allocate resources effectively for jobs, ensuring optimal utilization.

Job Requirements:

• With relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably in support of SME initiatives.
