· Liaise with internal stakeholders on the relevant safety and skills upgrading courses for workers & employees.

· Liaise with the relevant external training providers in processing external course registrations, course confirmation, transportation arrangements, training leave application and ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.

· Monitor and maintain the name list of A1 personnel for Sunray and SWC to meet BCA requirement.

· Register for staff’s new and renewal Coretrade with BCA, follow up on the confirmation and Coretrade course registration.

· Claim training grants and absentee payroll with the respective government agencies (BCA, WDA).

· Handle and administrative duties such as setting up internal training via Zoom, attendance records, training evaluation and any other queries related prior to the course.

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned, and queries raised by staff / workers

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upkeep employee records in HR Management System, and Personnel File
• Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory payment submission and claims - CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, Government- Paid Leave ,training grant etc. submission
• Prepare all employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, off-boarding procedures etc.
• Manage work passes renewal, visa applications, cancellation and levy waiver requests
• Attend to employees’ queries on various HR related matters
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, conduct interview and collaborate with hiring managers to onboarding
• Monthly bank reconciliation to ensure book balance aligns with the bank statement
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare balance sheet accounts
• Issuance and receipt of Purchase Orders
• Liaise with banks on payment and receipts matters
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• At leat a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
• Preferably possess minimum 1 years' of experience in the HR field
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices
• Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage as position may require to liaise with China counterparts
