Job Scope:

• Execute daily billing tasks
• Verify invoice accuracy
• Timely dispatch of E-invoices to clients and international agents
• Collaborate with the Finance Department regarding recovery issues
• Compile monthly reports
• Track shipments awaiting Routine Order advice
• Address inquiries, complaints, and requests from internal departments, colleagues, clients, and overseas agents
• Participate in monthly import meetings
• Engage in project initiatives and process enhancements
