Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $2400 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
• Location: Changi Airport Cargo

Job Scope:

• Offer general administrative and clerical support to the Cost Data Admin Department
• Update cost data for air, sea, and land freight shipments using the KEF system
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies
• Scan documents as required
• Organize PDF invoices received via email and upload them into folders for robotic process automation (RPA) execution
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned

Job Responsibilities

• Provide necessary administrative support for all human resource functions
• Assist with sorting, scanning and filing of documents
• Maintain employee's personal files
• Prepare daily attendance report
• Track and maintain employees' medical leave records
• Assist with the preparation of documents/emails when requested
• Coordinate with dormitory operators for dormitory matters (check in/out, logistic arrangement, etc.)
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

Requirements

• Possess minimally a diploma; or 2 years of fulltime working experience
• Good command of English; both written and spoken
• Being able to speak Bengali will be an added advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office especially in Excel
• Well-organized and meticulous
