Job Requirements:

• At least five years of relevant managerial experience in the marine, aviation, or similar industries are required, along with a degree in engineering or quality assurance, or an equivalent.
• Qualified internal/lead auditor according to ISO9001:2015.
• Passing the CAAS M10/L11/L12 Exam with distinction.
• It will be advantageous to be able to comprehend CMM, especially the illustrated part listing (IPL) and the special equipment and tooling listing.
• Ideally has prior experience communicating with OEMs to expand capabilities.
• Lean, Kaizen, and 5S certification or expertise; or familiarity with standard quality tools and practices.
• Familiarity with pertinent standards and the capacity to learn about the guidelines pertaining to the quality systems unique to the aviation, maritime, and military sectors;
• Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and administering quality management systems.
• Understanding of the creation and real-world application of Lean, CI, and other comparable methodologies in the context of engineering, manufacturing, and/or supply chains.
• Capable of inspiring and leading the team with demonstrated managerial abilities and strong leadership.
