• Ensure vessels adhere to Classification Society and regulatory requirements through proactive maintenance
• Implement and maintain effective maintenance systems to ensure compliance with standards
• Review and approve repair requests, prepare purchase orders, and oversee work orders
• Develop dry-docking and repair specifications, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion
• Manage vessel budget allocations to meet operational standards expected by Owners
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and prepare comprehensive closure reports
• Participate in inspections conducted by Class Society, Flag State, Port State, Underwriters, and Oil Majors
• Assist the Crew Department in coordinating crew-related matters to support operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Certified in COC Class 1 or 2
• At least 2 - 3 years of related experience as Technical Superintendent
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, management and communication skills
• Competent with MS Office and knowledge in Technical
• Strong sense of integrity and professionalism
