PDPO (Privacy and Data Protection Office) is the organization to lead, supervise, and empower all TikTok's privacy work in an accountable way and eventually become overall industry leading. The Privacy Incident Response team monitors, identifies, investigates and remediates internal and external privacy incidents. The Program Manager, PIR is responsible for overseeing a team of Privacy Incident Response Analysts and working cross-functionally with multiple global stakeholders.

1. Initial triage and fact identification: for every incident initial triage occurs to understand what has happened in order to assess the scope of impact. As part of triage, facts/evidence about the incident are uncovered.

• Ensure that projects performed are in compliance with Company’s ISO quality standards and project management’s model

• Ensure all Service Requests and assigned projects’ tasks are completed as per agreed schedules

• Play an active supporting role in the development of project office within the customer’s environment to achieve defined functions and capabilities

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or its equivalent

• At least 10 years of related experience in IT Infrastructure System Integration (SI) industry, specifically in the Project

• Management of medium to large projects

• PMP certification or its equivalent is an advantage

• At least 7 years of experience in Systems Administration with an in-depth technical knowledge on Infrastructure and Network Support

• At least 3 years of IT outsourcing experience with proven ability to work in large groups and managing multiple projects

• Possess experience in managing RFP, RFQ and RFI

• Proven experience in strategic planning, risk and change management

• Knowledge of project management software tools and techniques is a must

• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the project team in project implementation and with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Effective influencing, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to interact with all levels

• Strong presentation skills and ability to write professionally

It's about big brains not big egos.

When some people think of leaders they see them working in corner offices at the top of the building. That's not how it works here. Yes, you'll be one of our more experienced people and with that will come significant responsibility for how we manage and deliver business-critical software solutions. But we don't do heavy management or big company politics.

We are collaborators, which means you'll sit around the same table as developers, architects, testers and analysts, coming up with creative ways to translate concepts and ideas into practical and tactical solutions, foster innovation and maximize customer ROI.

You won't be handed a one size fits all, traditional big consultancy methodology and be asked to enforce it.

You will be asked to leverage cutting edge Agile and Lean practices to lead self-organizing teams to deliver software that does exactly what is needed.

Here's a taster:

• Take the needs and challenges of a client, and partner with them to formulate the delivery roadmap and project plans to support business strategies and goals.
• Execute Thoughtworks account strategy and orchestrate the creation of successful value propositions at the company and individual level.
• Navigate teams through all phases of project delivery (from pre-sales to delivery) to ensure successful delivery of exceptional technical solutions, on-time and within budget.
• Manage evolving delivery scope and risks throughout the lifecycle of the project, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Track project progress and performance accordingly, while keeping project stakeholders (both internal and external) up-to-date.
• Ensure the experience of engaging Thoughtworks for delivery exceeds client expectations.
• Become a trusted and valued partner of the client executives: CIO, CTO, PMO and gain the confidence of the client's business stakeholders.
• Maintain, and deepen where possible, existing client relationships to yield continuing opportunities for Thoughtworks.
• Capture innovations, lessons learned and successes on projects and share them with the wider organisation.
• Build positive team dynamics and relationships with client staff; remedying dysfunction to maintain healthy and productive Thoughtworks communities at the Client.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 8 years of Project and Program management experience, with Singapore Government & Multi-national Corporation (MNC) experience
• Deep understanding in navigating the Singapore Government Ecosystem
• Experience running IT projects with multiple stakeholder involvement
• Experience working directly with business executives: CIO, CTO, PMO in an advisory role
• Experience planning and managing human, financial, material, and information resources
• Account development experience; creating, maintaining and/or enhancing customer relationships that have yielded business opportunity.

A solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods and leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment would be great, but if you have a Prince2 or PMI background and are open to new ways of thinking, we'd like to talk to you too.
