The Role Responsibilities
Job Role
· Oversee the CCIB wide CRM implementation for MS Dynamics product globally.
· Manage delivery team to develop and implement quality software for CRM requirements.
· Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept / solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
· Assist SCB Architecture team and provide solution design for onshore and offshore teams.
· Propose and review solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Marketing) and Power Platform.
· Review and assist in solution on Dynamics Security Model and configuring specific to client needs.
· Review the practice on Dynamics integration patterns and Hybrid deployment patterns (Dynamics SaaS online, Dynamics on-prem).
· Review and assists in estimating infra capacity based on the NFR.
· Feasibility study, tools identification and completing the PoCs when required.
· Collaborate with Business stakeholders and Developments leads in the team in identifying and developing common components.
· Define/Identify Best practises, patterns / anti-patterns, development guidelines.
· Improve code quality statistics, participate / drive code reviews and continuously reduce technical debt.
· Specifying the common and core services use cases.
· Review and assist in CI / CD pipeline for MS Dynamics solutions and data deployment using ADO or Command-line utilities Support development teams in resolving critical issues / bottlenecks in code / configuration / customisation.

Our Ideal Candidate
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent discipline, they must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position.
· 15+ years of IT experience and proven credentials of delivering in world class engineering teams on Microsoft products like MS Dynamics and Power Platform.
· Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions and oversee the implementations. Relevant industry certifications are an added plus.
· Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks is required.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
· 15+ years of experience in technology delivery with 10+ years of experience as a Solution and Delivery role implementing Dynamics 365
· Proven design and architecture experience in a large complex organization, including stakeholder management
· Experience in large implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (Sales and Marketing) and DevOps principles
· Must understand the deep functionality / features of Microsoft CRM Modules
· Hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales and Marketing, Power Platform, Power App Maker, Common Data Service
· Strong Experience on Power Automate and Power BI
· Exhibit hands-on on various NFRs - Non-Functional Requirements implementation
· Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), WEB API (C #), PCF control and TypeScript
· DevOps Tools and CI / CD Processes - ADO, Jira, Bit Bucket, etc
