CBRE is seeking to appoint a new Programme Manager to manage and control development and fit out projects across multiple countries within APAC (exact countries and specific projects is to be determined).

This person will work with the incumbent Client Account team and project delivery teams across the region as appropriate to support pipeline and active projects from a central Account perspective. We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Manager to join us!

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Develop and customise audit programmes/security audit checklists to assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls in mitigating IT risks.
• Lead, plan, develop and conduct annual policy compliance and process audits, and technical audits on critical systems and infrastructure.
• Manage agency interactions, including briefings, conduct of audit fieldwork, management responses, and follow-up actions to ensure on-time and on-target execution of audit plans.
• Review audit findings and assess agencies’ and Whole-of-Government overall state of ICT governance and risks.
• Formulate mitigation plans to improve the state of overall ICT governance.
• Work with multiple agencies at the working and management levels to assess the current situation and identify recommendations to address the gaps.
• Monitor and validate audit findings to ensure control remediation is effective and root causes have been addressed.
• Plan, source, and actively manage outsourced augmentation of internal capability, to deliver the committed deliverables.
• Perform ICT&SS audits of Government agencies determined by the Audit and Compliance Division of GovTech;
• Perform In-depth audit of Government agencies’ ICT&SS processes/applications/supporting infrastructure and systems
• Perform follow-up audit (FUPA) of past audit findings of Government agencies determined by ACD; import audit findings into the central repository.
• Perform any other related services which may be required by IA to carry out the ICT&SS audit.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• With at least 6 years of working experience with a solid record in IT Audit
• Prior experiences in leading an end-to-end IT Audit.
• Strong security background (understanding risk assessment, legal & regulatory requirements, threats, vulnerabilities, security policies etc.)
• Experience in performing audits for compliance with COBIT framework and ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT policies is plus
• Performed security assessments benchmarked against common security standards such as NIST 800-53 or ISO 27001
• Prior experience in Application Development and Cloud are preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing & planning skills.
• Possess CISSP/CISA/CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity qualifications

Regional Account Manager (Remote)

Full time, Singapore (will require attending meetings one to five times per month in our office)

As a Regional Program Manager, you are responsible for managing a single client account or portfolio of global account(s), including, but not limited to, client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials, business planning, and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision makers in multiple regions, and staff development. You’ll report to the Senior Director, Program Management, Asia Pacific.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will

• Ensure 100% client retention and account profitability
• Oversee the regional coordination of all communication across the region, both BCD Travel and the client’s global initiatives
• Manage new business implementations, working closely with the implementation team to ensure client expectations are met
• Help measure and report Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a regional level and develop deliberate business plans
• Drive profitability of the contract on a regional basis by increasing revenues through up-selling and cross-selling to meet client’s strategic needs
• Identify and assist in the selection of technology tools and processes to produce desired results
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers in the region
• Perform client business reviews and deliver regular financial reporting to all stakeholders
• Create and manage budgets and financials (includes billing, payment & profitability)

About you

• Prior travel management company or related business travel account management experience desired, but very open to considering senior-level operations professionals seeking a crossover
• Experience implementing and managing mid-large market or regional clients
• Experience in implementing regional service roll-outs/projects
• Thorough knowledge of business travel account management and operations
• Cultural awareness of Asia Pacific markets
• Adept with travel industry technology and processes
• Demonstrated ability to successfully build, maintain, and grow customer portfolios and client relationships
• Knowledge of creating business plans and managing business/client strategies
• Presentation skills in terms of development and delivery
• Fluent in written and conversational business English

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics).
• Demonstrated ability in machine learning, NLP, and Generative AI, with a demonstrated ability to handle projects from inception to completion.
• Proven expertise in applying deep learning and NLP techniques to solve complex problems, with a portfolio of projects that have delivered tangible business outcomes.
• Good understanding of state-of-art ML and deep learning techniques including transformers, BERT, auto-regressive language models, and other un-supervised learning techniques in NLP
• Experience with working with large language models such as chatGPT, Llama, PaLM, Bard, Bloom, Vicuna, Mistral, etc.
• Solid understanding of agile project management principles, with experience leading teams and handling projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
