• Review and compile data into a single data set in order to conduct QA/QC.
• Combine and compile data for data quality controls, and document process in preparation for assurance and to build an SOP.
• Complete data substantiation checklist
• Complete required data substantiation and attestation checklists. This is a governance mechanism that ensures that the business unit confirms data accuracy
• Transform the data set into schema
• QA/QC the data upload
