- Min 3 years of experience in Cut & Cover tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

- Possess a valid RTO (Tunnel) cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

Senior HDB Resident Technical Officer

1) Minimum 8 years experience in site supervision of highrise residential projects.

2) Essential to have good knowledge and experience with architectural, Civil & structural and M&E works.

3) Possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS)

4) Preferable with prior experience in HDB projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Loans Operations

• Loan accounts opening for new borrowing customers in Multi-Currency Loans (MCL) System
• Loan disbursements, repayments, redemption, rollovers, restructuring and other loans transactions.
• Data maintenance of loan accounts.
• Process and effect accounting entries for Deposit/ Payments/ SWIFT/ GL transactions
• Limit implementation for Loans & Limit Exposure System (LES) and the other products systems
• Reconciliations and investigations
• Daily operations in accordance to MAS regulations and Bank policies and procedures.

Management Reporting and Support

• Compile and oversee regular and ad-hoc management information for reporting purposes and use in monitoring the operations of the loan account setup and transactions processing
• Develop and maintain procedures and manuals for Loan Operations.
• Work in partnership with colleagues and stakeholders on operating procedures or system enhancements.
• Maintain proper loan archival records

Description:

Mechanical Work

• Supply, Installation and Commission (SIC) of brine supply system including pumps and pipe works from TDP to RNDF.
• SIC of screened seawater supply system including pumps and pipe works from TDP to RNDF
• SIC of wastewater discharge system including pumps and pipe works from RNDF to TDP.

Electrical Work

• Modify of 22kV switchgear spare panel to transformer panel at TDP’s 22kV Substation.
• Supply & lay 22kV transformer cable from TDP to RNDF. It includes excavation and reinstatement of roads and reinstatement.
• SIC of a containerized electrical house, from the product range of the manufacturer to house both the new 2 MVA transformer and Low Voltage Switchgear (LVSG)

Requirement:

• The candidates shall have about 3 years of relevant engineering experience as an RTO in the supervision of construction works preferably in water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects, and about 2 years or equivalent, have the necessary certification from BCA for construction supervision works.
• They shall be able to work irregular hours when the need arises.
