• To keep track of the vessels LSA, FFA, cargo hoses registry, lifting gears registry and PPE of all shipboard personnel.
• Appointed as safety committee member to carry out tool-box meetings for all the vessels and attend to vessel inspections.
• To work closely with the HES team to ensure smooth implementation and compliance of company's safety and quality standards
• To assist in investigating any defects / failures occurred and reporting all vessels incidents, near misses to prevent and eliminate any potential incidents
• To assist in maintaining crew records that inclusive of certificates, training, medical checks and coordinating in crew changes.

Job Description:

• Oversees technical operations and supports daily maintenance needs, ensuring smooth facility management.
• Supervising, planning, and organizing a team of on-site contractors for maintenance works.
• Manages and supervises maintenance activities, coordinates with contractors and vendors, and ensures quality workmanship.
• Investigating, checking, and analyzing reported breakdowns and faults to prevent future occurrences.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, conducts inspections to ensure systems are functioning correctly, and implements corrective actions.
• Supervising upgrading projects when required.
• Assists in planning and executing technical aspects of renovation or upgrade projects.
• Carrying out regular inspections of facilities and systems.
• Conducts regular inspections of building systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
• Establishing a good working rapport with stakeholders.
• Provides technical support and communicates effectively with team members, vendors, and management.
• Processing and monitoring incoming invoices, ensuring proper expense coding, and avoiding duplicate billing.

Requirements:

• Diploma in maintenance/facility/mechanical/electrical/real estate management/ Civil/ Structural or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in handling government project would be an advantage
• Short notice or able to start work immediately would be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full logistics process for project shipments, ensuring all documentation is in order.
• Ensure the timely and accurate transportation of goods from origin to destination.
• Prepare and handle all required shipping documentation, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with various parties (e.g. carriers, shipping lines, other service providers) to ensure smooth and safe transport of shipments.

Requirements

About KidSTART Department:

KidSTART provides upstream support to children from low-income families in the areas of early childhood development, health, and social support. As a KidSTART Practitioner, you will actively engage families and work closely with social / community partners and government agencies. Through home visits, you will support parents through delivery of a range of child development strategies, assess, and monitor their children’s health and development.

Responsibilities:

As a KidSTART Practitioner, you will be expected to:

• Provide support, guidance, knowledge, and skills to enhance parents’ capacity in nurturing child development through regular and consistent home visits.
• Possess sound assessment skills on the needs and risks of children / parents / caregivers to ascertain the intensity and customisation of intervention.
• Engage and cultivate a positive relationship with parents / caregivers to ensure that child development knowledge and skills are imparted effectively.
• Create and facilitate learning opportunities for parents in the areas of parent-child interaction, development-centred parenting, and family well-being.
• Motivate, assess, and enhance the parents’ ability to conduct, practice and incorporate the knowledge and skills in child development.
• Conduct screening and ongoing assessment of child development, maternal and family wellbeing.
• Collaborate and partner community and social service agencies (eg. FSCs, SSOs) to provide the necessary support for the families and their children, which includes regular case conferences and discussions.
• Commit to and participate in the evaluation and fidelity monitoring of service delivery through consistency in administrative work, provision of data and information on cases in a timely manner

Requirements:

• MUST possess minimum Degree in Early Childhood or Psychology
• At least 1 year experience in social service, working with families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised and adaptable to changes.
• Passionate about working with children and families with an interest in early childhood development.

Work Location: Choa Chu Kang

We are looking for a billing analyst to support the existing customized system.

The system is a standalone billing system and is looking for a functional-techno system/application analyst to support it. The person should be technical in PL/SQL or mostly SQL. The customized standalone system integrates into Oracle e-Biz solution for Account Receivable and Account Payable.

Application Analyst

· Have Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and related fields.

· Have at least 2 years of working exp

· Able to SQL to produce reports, troubleshoot issues, or view data

· Have programming experience in Oracle Forms, Report, and PL/SQL

· Have some programming skills and is willing to learn new technology

· Responsible for supporting application

· Able to work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and issues.

· Able to complete tasks on time

· Have working experience with Oracle Database a plus

· Familiar with Oracle e-Biz or other product software a plus

· Have some Financials background a plus
