Job Descriptions:
- Attend to conference calls with other support teams to identify and resolve any issues.
- Response to security incidents, problem and incident management, and network incident escalation from L1/L2.
- Able to collaborate with the support team from the relevant network supplier to troubleshoot, identify and resolve network issue.
- Track and oversee the project's development, reporting developments and problems to the management group.
- Ensure timely and scope-appropriate project completion.
Requirements:
- Hand-on experience in troubleshooting complex network problem.
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of advanced network technologies like VXLAN, Cisco ACI, VXLAN BGP eVPN, SDA, SDWAN
