Responsibilities:
•Generate demand, create strategic brand messaging, and manage the entire customer lifecycle
•Test and optimise all online and offline demand channels through digital marketing, partnerships, PR, Media
•Manage content marketing by sourcing and working with a group of designers, writers, photographers and videographers
•Own the strategy roadmap, lead and drive high performance of SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, Content Creation and PR
•Lead the team to constantly optimise the performance of marketing campaigns to lower customer acquisition cost, improve the retention rate of consumers, and increase lead conversions across different channels and audience segments
•Lead performance marketing from end to end, drive growth through targeting, ad campaign setting, and measurement of key metrics like ROAS
•Drive brand content and delivery to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Analyse and track the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns.
•Oversee marketing budget to optimize for ROI and ROAS
•Work closely with the PR agency for media pitches and news coverage
Requirements:
•A roll-up-your-sleeve attitude
•At least 5 years hands-on experience in managing a marketing team and good track record in growing brand awareness and optimizing marketing spend
•Expert level understanding of all paid channels
•Passionate about consumer product that impact people’s lives
•Highly motivated individual who is willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed
•Have a deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer insights
•Candidates must have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
•Able to work under stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment
