Job Description

• Operate the power plant according to procedures and requirements including but not limited to starting, loading, unloading and shutting down the complete plant and systems

About the role
The Head of Employment Law, Asia will have responsibility for the following activities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IBM Data Cap and IBM Business Automation Workflow implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Manage a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, scoping, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements, provide solution recommendations, and ensure alignment with banking operations and compliance standards.
