Job Description

To achieve excellence in preventative and reactive maintenance programs incorporating industry best practice, innovative maintenance techniques and statutory and contractual compliance. Oversee the management and control of all plant, mechanical and electrical systems and to co-ordinate remedial action with the Engineering Team in the event of Business Critical failures. Major Responsibilities

Ideal Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in a mechanical, electrical or operational engineering discipline.

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Technical Support Engineer will provide expert technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for power generation and water treatment systems. This role involves collaborating with operations and maintenance to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of equipment by addressing technical issues promptly, and providing solutions to enhance system performance.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical support with domain expertise (MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL / CONTROLS / PROCESS) to existing Plant O&M team to resolve issues that arise in the plant requiring expertise beyond the plant level and liaising with the OEMs / Vendors for problem solving.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis teams to support investigations and reviews into plant incidents (MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL / CONTROLS / PROCESS) and create the solutions, contingency plans, interim containment actions and permanent resolution of the cause across the entire utility fleet including training requirements, engineering design reviews, sharing of best practices and lessons learnt. Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Molecular Diagnostic Technical Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new distributors in untapped markets, delivering technical presentations, and promoting our NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) and qPCR (quantitative PCR) products to distributors. This role will involve working closely with the marketing team to create technical content and drive business growth through strategic channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new distribution partners in emerging markets for our molecular diagnostic products.
• Conduct technical presentations to potential distributors, showcasing the value and benefits of our product portfolio.
• Promote and support NGS and qPCR products, ensuring distributors have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver complex technical information clearly.
• Experience in creating technical marketing content.

Job Responsibilities:

• To strategise, organise, govern, and manage a project within a predetermined timeframe that is committed to customer
• To successfully completely New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by meeting all the specifications and requirements and advancing them towards mass production, including anticipating and mitigating potential risks that may negatively impact the projects
