Requirements

• Minimum polytechnic diploma in IT, computer engineering, or relevant experience
• Preferably have knowledge in cloud services (eg. Microsoft 365, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• Preferably have knowledge in ticketing system (JIRA)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
• Strong interest in technology
• Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical customer audience
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a dynamic environment

Job Description

• Support live product/project application deployments and implementation.
• Logging and resolving customer issues within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Maintain customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources.
• Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team for troubleshooting.
• Understand database/data warehouse administration, being able to administer them is a plus.
• Produce technical documentations for support deployment/implementation or job logs.

Requirements
