Duties and Responsibilities

With reference to the Service Lead in AGRAMKOW Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for incoming requests from customers, regarding issues from technical support, maintenance advice to escalation of requests. During your onboarding, AGRAMKOW will provide extensive training in Singapore and in the Head Office in Denmark. You work both independently and collaboratively across country boarders.
