RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide pre-sales technical support on assigned cybersecurity product to customers and partners.
• Work with Sales team closely to develop and position solutions for go to market selling and customer proposals.
• Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements.
• Perform Strategic Cybersecurity Solution Selling.
• Perform Cybersecurity Solutions Demonstration.

• Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 years working experience in Pre-Sales activities to large enterprise or government sector or related field. Candidates with several years of experience in delivery and implementation of cyber security technology and solutions and open to embark presales consultant role are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the cybersecurity industry.
• Ready to perform demo & presentation on product expertise on keys security technologies.
• Possess good technical knowledge in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, Software Define Networks, Network Performance tools and solutions, UNIX, Windows, VMware, Security covering Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.
• Able to design an architecture & write proposal.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Eagerness and ability to engage in courteous customer handling and commercial judgment would be preferred

DESIRABLES:

• Industry or Technical Certification (ie. CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, CEH) is a plus.
• Deep knowledge on Trellix or Check Point products will be preferred.
• Exposure to security software solutions like Endpoint Security, Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, Web & Email Security, Encryption, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management and Compliance & Audit will be added advantage.
• Familiarity on Cloud Architecture such as IaaS or PaaS.
