About the Job

The Application Analyst will manage AS/400 and Wintel Gaming applications, providing level 2 support.   • Lead the strategic planning and execution of HR Technology systems/platforms to improve and streamline HR operations, as well as enhancing the user experience for employees, line managers and HR users.

Job Objectives:

To assist day-to-day operations for related network governance and compliance activities, such as managing the Firemon, performance compliance check on network devices etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing Firemon Security Management tool to conduct compliance checks for Enterprise and Regional firewalls and routers.

· Responsible for verifying the hardening of network devices during onboarding and periodic review.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate the network devices for active performance and availability monitoring.

· Work with security team to update and administer the dual controls privileged password for network devices.

· Responsible for preparing the information for audit requests.

· Responsible for the upkeep of network inventory.

· On 24 x 7 operational standby with strong customer service orientation and drive.

Key Requirements:

· Good Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant qualifications.

· Minimum 2 to 3 years’ relevant working experience in managing large, complex LAN/WAN networking/security platform.

· Strong technical competencies with hands-on experience in network management/monitoring tools, routers, switches, firewalls, ISE servers etc.

· Experience with managing and handling audit/compliance requests.

· Experience with scripting and network automation.

· Good analytical skills, meticulous, energetic, resourceful, and inspirational.

· Possess good written and documentation skills and effective communication skills able to collaborate and work with various stakeholders.

· Good team player and able to work effectively at all levels with the ability to influence others to move towards consensus.

• Understanding current approaches to product disassembly and instruction generation (using python)
• Supports developing and leveraging existing AI/ML algorithms for text, image, video data from limited documents to generate disassembly instructions.
• Coding program approaches and disassembly frameworks for different use cases.
• Develop an API for disassembly instruction generation and translation to OGS (operator guidance system) and robotic disassembly framework.
• Document findings, methodologies, and outcomes, contributing to internal reports and potential patent applications.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions aimed at driving project success.

• Collaborating with back-line support and vendor resources to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Delivering post-sales installation and technical support directly to customers, guaranteeing efficient and effective network performance.
• Designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining our network and security infrastructure, including core switches, routers, and firewalls, to uphold the highest standards of reliability and security.
• Contributing to the planning, design, research, and installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Demonstrating proficiency with Aruba switches and wireless technologies, as well as Cisco routers, firewalls, and switches, to optimize our network architecture.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• At least ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/BEng/BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication, or a related field, showcasing dedication to technical excellence.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in configuring and administering routers and switches, with a solid understanding of network systems, architecture, routing, switching, firewall, and security.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
• Candidates with CCNA, CCNP, and Aruba product certifications will have an added advantage, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and expertise in leading technologies

• Collaborate closely with Level 1 network engineers to provide meticulous technical documentation support for Project & Solutions Teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation, including detailed system designs and configurations.
• Partner with Level 3 network engineers to engage with back-line support and/or vendor support, leveraging expertise to swiftly diagnose and rectify technical problems, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Deliver comprehensive post-sales installation and technical assistance to customers, ensuring seamless implementation and operation of network and security infrastructure components.
• Actively participate in the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure, adhering to established standards and best practices for core network switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Contribute to the planning, design, research, and installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to fulfill project requirements and objectives.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of Aruba switches and wireless, Cisco routers, firewalls, and switches to optimize network infrastructure setup and performance.
• Demonstrate adept troubleshooting skills to swiftly identify problems and recommend effective workarounds or solutions, minimizing disruption to operations.
• Support the handover of as-built system documentation to the Maintenance support team, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support for deployed solutions.
• Foster positive relationships and collaboration through excellent interpersonal and communication skills, interacting effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers at all levels.
• Collaborate with Level 3 network engineers to achieve project milestones and objectives, aligning with project timelines and goals effectively.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring and administering routers and switches, with a focus on supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of network systems, architectures, routing, switching, firewall, and security principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving objectives both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Aruba switches and wireless, Cisco routers, and switches preferred.
• Candidates with CCNA, CCNP, or Certified in Aruba products will be given preference.
