The candidate will report to the Project Managers and Engineers for this role. We prefer the candidate to be able to start work in Dec 2024. Your work location will be at Tuas South, working Monday - Sunday 7am - 7pm , you will take turns to have off day rotation among the project team. This role is available due to a year end power standby project.

About the role

your daily Responsibilities will be interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about:

• Help to arrange manpower from overseas
• Monitor/ Prepare/ Check – Site attendance system/ Timesheets
• Arrange SIC (Safety Induction Course)
• Application of site entry Pass/ E work Permit
• Getting lunch for the manpower
• Following up on deliveries with HQ and forwarder
• Reservation of hotel rooms
• Any Adhoc task require
• Overtime is required and will be paid accordingly

The Project Admin Officer supports the Project management team and performs project-related administrative functions. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contract, Project & Filing management, preparation of purchase order, variations & final accounts and generation of cost control and reports
• General administration support to project team and assisting the project manager in working out the quantities for variations and progress claims
• Prepare monthly progress claim, vet/recommend and prepare clients’ payment certificate for management approval

Exams

• Work with Exam Team to plan examination schedules for assigned programmes.
• Liaise with Exam Centre for main and re-exams.

Others

• Support in providing data during budgeting exercise.
• Support in conducting orientation to newly appointed associate lecturer.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience
• Assist in events and orientation 2-4 times per year
