Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the project team and managing risks for the successful completion of projects, within time, cost, and workmanship.
• Prepare and regularly update Master Programme.
• People management: Monitor staff and labour resourcing to ensure the project has the capability to achieve targets, supervise workforce, including subcontractors and foster a high performance team with a positive employee relations environment.
• Prepare reports focusing on project progress, job status, and costs. Chair / Attend meetings to present progress information to stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board/BCA.
• Over 15 years of relevant managerial experience in managing multiple projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Strong conflict resolution and conflict management skills.
• Must be a team player, independent, meticulous, diligent, and organized.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with various teams and Project managers (for applications) to plan, update and review infra setup and delivery plans.
• Review and advise in technical resource planning, risk management of infra technical delivery plans and activities to meet regulatory requirements and IT standards/guidelines.
• Manage and coordinate with Vendor to complete the required setup/projects.
• Identify and coordinate other team's resources (eg. e2P) for project execution and/or infra setup activities.
