Key Responsibilities

• Seek, identify, create, and establish business relationships with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers to achieve specified annual sales goals.
• Research, generate leads and close sales via various methods such as B2B telesales and other creative sales outreach initiatives.
• Negotiate and coordinate full sales lifecycles from lead generation, proposal, quotation, invoicing to fulfilment of booking.
• Manage pipeline and sales performance tracking through monthly sales activities for all parks with primary focus on schools/education segment.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth planning and execution of school visits.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Facilitate site visits for potential clients.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Strategic Planning and Implementation: Assist in developing and executing business strategies to achieve organizational targets for steel products, such as steel plates and beams, in the region, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
• Tender Management: Assess tender inquiries, review requirements, prepare information for internal stakeholders and external suppliers, address client clarifications, and prepare tender documents and proposals for submission.
• Contract Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with customers and suppliers to finalize contracts and ensure favorable terms.
• Market Familiarity: Stay informed about the local business environment, including laws, customs, taxes, and business practices, and conduct regular market intelligence through periodic customer visits.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (customers, suppliers, and internal team members) to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the steel products industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Commitment to overcoming challenges and achieving objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Main Role & Responsibility

· Compare pricing and prepare costing summary for all projects

· issuance of purchase order, payments variation orders, settlement of final accounts with contractors

· Monitor and keep track of deliveries from contractors and suppliers

Working Duration

Working Time: 9.30 am to 6.30pm, flexible to choose 3 or 4 days work per week, Between Monday – Friday

Salary Range

SGD900 to SGD1550 (SGD9 to SGD12 per hr)

Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities:

Support and manage sales and marketing activities

· Coordinate, implement and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centre’s training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops

· Prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports as may be required

· Update clients’ records, including computer-based central database, and attend to sales enquiries

· Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas

Manage Operations and Administration

· Provide general administrative support including attending to correspondences & queries pertaining to courses and monitoring class attendance

· Work with Head for new business proposals for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops

· Lead the development of proposals and sales collateral based on evaluation of business opportunities

· Work out pricing framework according to market trends and emerging market segments

· Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors

Key Requirements:

· Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline

· Minimum 3-4 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role, preferably in the education & training sector

• Supporting the internal team in any other ad-hoc activities/tasks as and when required.
