If you are an Engineering and Project Management professional, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! This Project Manager role will manage Measurement Solutions (MSOL) product projects and deliver projects on time and ensure meeting the customer requirements and Emerson important metrics.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Initiate project with handover from sales and plan for internal and external kick of meeting.
· Review project requirements and assess risks and formulate mitigation plan before customer kick off meeting.
· Clarify project technical and commercial queries during customer KOM to avoid cost and delivery impact during execution.
· Conduct regular project review with internal and external partners.
· Achieve POR (Sales Goals / Inventory Goals, etc) with 95% accuracy
· Follow Global MSOL Project Management processes – such as Gate checks Processes / KOMs / Risk Analysis / Project timeline / Project closure / Change order mechanism / Order closure, etc.
· Submission /approval process / getting delivery extensions to avoid LD, Implement orders within original contractual delivery etc.
· Drive Project Order Execution with focus on Customer Request Dates, Improving RDSL > 95%
· Forecast and drive consistency in 3 months Rolling plan for meeting Sales POR for Project Orders.
· Supervise and drive for consistent reduction in Finished Goods (FG) of project orders. To avoid FG going into > 30 days bucket.
· Ensure project documents are submitted as per panned submission date in VDRL and maintain 95% on time submission rate
· Liaise with internal partners and align project requirements to receive timely support from partners to meet project timeline.
· Conduct lessons learned as per the guide and drive corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
· Ensure 100% compliance to PMO execution gate process.
· Proactively communicate all Risks and Opportunities of project orders to all partners.
· Management Reporting for all Operations Data related to Project orders, such as FG (Finished Goods inventory)

For This Role, You Will Need:
· Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Management, Operations from process industries
· Strong project management skills are essential, including the ability to plan, implement, and close projects effectively.
· Proficient in English to communicate effectively with team members, partners, and other project partners includes written and verbal communication.
· Has leadership experience and able to guide and empower the team. Can delegate tasks, provide direction, and resolve conflicts within the team.
· Identifying and managing risks is a critical aspect of project management. Project Manager should be able to assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
· Ability to build and manage project budgets effectively.
· Managing project timelines and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule. This involves setting realistic deadlines and supervising progress or achievements.
· Adaptable and able to revise plans as needed. Flexibility and the ability to handle change are valuable qualities.
· Identifying and resolving conflicts within the team or between partners. Diplomacy and conflict resolution skills are important for maintaining a positive work environment.
· Building and maintaining positive relationships with partners, both internal and external, is crucial. This involves understanding their needs, keeping them advised, and managing their expectations.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Degree or any equivalent in Engineering or any related field
· Foundation level knowledge on process instrumentation is helpful.
· PMP certification is an added advantage
