We’re seeking a future team member for our Engineering team as an Associate Business Manager located in Singapore (Hybrid).

Role Overview
We are looking for a Strategic and Administrative Associate to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange assignments, and communicate progress. The role is expected to work independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support duties, which requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Schedule regular meetings, taking actions and be responsible for sharing meeting minutes
- Prepare and provide status updates to internal teams as needed
- Develop project related communications for global stakeholders
- Provide support to the CIO and APAC Engineering team on administration and planning tasks
- Maintain team documentation including organization charts etc.
- Coordinate Information submission preparations and conduct follow up as necessary
- Organize quarterly onsite, employee engagement events etc.
- Monitoring and track progress of priorities and initiatives and escalate any areas of concern
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to perform and deliver in a swift and timely manner
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential issues and importantly ability to build relationships
- Familiar with and be able to use technology such as collaboration tools, data storing management on OneDrive etc. including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet assigned deadlines
- Demonstrated experience working in a global team with the ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity whilst managing attention to detail
- Highly detail oriented
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant and demonstrable work experience preferred
