• Work with the AP leadership team and key functions across the business: Product, Merchant Sales & Acquiring, Technology and support on Global sponsorships & marketing.
• Conceptualise and deliver communication programs that drive business results for Visa’s critical growth pillars and how these support the growth of our clients’ businesses.
• Oversee regional thought leadership communication including content for external, client and internal audiences. This includes comprehensive corporate storytelling collateral, media and social campaigns, and stakeholder education delivered via a mix of channels including events.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Communications or any relevant discipline
• At least 12+ years of experience in communication (agency and/or in-house, with a mix of both being ideal)
• A proven track record leading communications programmes and acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Strong interest and/or experience in adapting communication strategies and messaging across geographies, with an acute understanding of how the media operates in the different Asia Pacific markets

Project Management

• Manage and strategize end to end activities as well as coordinate of projects efficiently
• Source for materials, determine pricing and confirmation
• Control and manage project expenditure within guidelines
• Provide project support to departments, including site evaluation, review technical drawing, oversee setup and meeting clients, when necessary
• Provide timely communication and job coordination between internal & external customers
• Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details
• Responsible for props checking and preparation of on-site project checklist; tools & equipment and post installation report
• Provide on project management training to Support Team

Costing Management

• Preparation of sales quotation to potential clients
• Sourcing of related information to support the projects
• Evaluate project estimates and costing
• Prepare costing sheets for projects

Vendors / Suppliers Management

• From selection, to evaluation and risk assessment to ensure vendors/suppliers meet service level agreements

Job Specifications

• Good working knowledge of project management covering principles and practices related to project estimation, technical, costing, liaising, labor forecasting, building permits, multiple disciplines involved in areas of responsibilities
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and collaborative skills to work closely with both external and internal customers
• Must be prepared to work at irregular hours due to project requirements

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team that administers the building regulations and develops new strategies that will shape a future-ready and inclusive built environment for Singapore. You will be involved in:

• Reviewing submissions on building plans including designs related to safety, environmental sustainability and barrier-free accessibility

• Developing strategies, policies and processes in relation to Building Control and the advancement of Universal Design (UD) in the built environment

Reporting to the Team Lead, Health, the successful candidate will be part of a team of specialists in Employee Benefits insurance that helps to simplify the products and deliver the protection to the client seamlessly through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using digital tools to quote Employee Benefits insurance that comes through our online portal.
• Be the project manager taking charge of the clients’ insurance renewal process.
• Liaising with clients and insurers on policies renewal & new business placement.
• Follow up and be in-charge of sourcing for new quotations and presenting them to prospects in assigned portfolio.
• Doing Premium & Benefits Comparison by analysing the data obtained to propose solutions to clients.
• Answering product-related enquiries from the clients and providing solutions to their issues.
• Conducting Benefits Presentation session.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits either as Broker Support / Broker in Broking firm or Insurance Company or as a General Insurance Broker.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite i.e. MS Excel (Pivot Table & V-Lookup), Powerpoint, Word.
• Possess BCP, PGI, ComGI, & HI certifications.
