Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Executive. You will be part of the founding key team member, working closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and other team leads in the transformation of the business. · Strategic Planning and Governance:

o Collaborate with the CIO, Senior Management, Programme, and Project Managers to streamline and standardize project management practices. –

o Assist the CIO in executive support in various areas such as scheduling and presentation for stakeholder alignments and others. –

o Monitor progress of AM Technology Strategy program, project and initiatives. –

o Develop best practice templates and examples for team-wide adoption. –

o Ensure alignment of projects and programs with the organization's strategic objectives. –

o Implement and maintain technology governance frameworks and project methodologies. –

o Performs secretariat duties for technology-related committees. •

· Project Management: -

o Create executive-level presentations to support strategic programs. –

o Set standards for program and project management across the team. –

o Utilize project management tools and software to track and report on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

o Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. –

o Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

· Financial Management: -

o Support cost management initiatives. –

o Assist in the annual budgeting cycle, including planning and strategy. –

o Monitor project budgets and financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management. –

o Implement financial controls to ensure cost efficiency and resource optimization. •

· People Planning and Management: -

o Collaborate with the CIO team and HR on talent acquisitions. –

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the PMO. •

· Communication and Staff Engagement: -

o Perform change management and awareness activities to the rest of the business teams. –

o Ensure effective communication and transparency of project goals, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders. –

o Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance project management skills across the team.

Job Requirements

• Education and Experience: -

- Degree in Computing or a related discipline. –

- Minimum of 5 years in Management Consulting, Program/Project Management within a PMO function or technology organization. –

- Experience in project management, business analysis, and business process reengineering. –

- Experience in the financial services or asset management industry is a plus. –

- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable. •

· Technical Skills: -

- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Jira and Excel, with expertise in visual layout, presentation design, and messaging. –

- Familiar with RFQ processes and standards, including specification, issuance, and contract negotiations. –

- Strong client management and interaction experience.

· Professional Skills: -

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail. –

- Ability to identify and improve work and process inefficiencies. –

- Self-driven with excellent multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects concurrently

· Soft Skills: -

- Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and work under pressure. –

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program both internal and external shows/events for venues (Theatre, Studios, Outdoor spaces).
• Manage and maintain relationship with hirers, ensuring that their requirements and expectations are met.
• Liaise with internal business units such as M&E, Estate Management, Security, etc to ensure that hirers' requirements are fulfilled.
• Conduct site visits with potential hirers.
• Prepare quotations, contracts and closing statements for hirers.
• Oversee and manage budgets for projects.
• Manage front of house requirements such as ushers, security and concessions for the shows/events:
  • Engage and manage ushers and security for the respective shows.
  • Handle patron's feedback & complains.
  • Work with ticketing agents on ticketing logistics and requirements.
• Ensure that extra measures and SOPs, such as security and protocols, are in place when an event is attended by ministers and above.

• Min of 2-3 years of experience marketing as venue or event management background is an advantage but not necessary.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and analyse situations with proposed action plans.
• Having an eye for design.
• Be a team player but able to work independently when needed.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to on weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft office.

Strategic Planning Manager (Digital)

Responsibilities

• Good in handling Market Research (R&D) on Digital Technologies, Strategic Planning, R&D, Report Management and Case Management.
• Good knowledge of Digital Technology, Emerging National Security and Digitalisation.
• Experience in strengthening the capability of the nation security, financial tracking and good understand of Technology.
• Good in providing Presentation of business plans and strategies to Stakeholders, Clients and Business Users.
• Strong in Market Research and Technologies, Strategic Planning, R&D, Report and Road Map.
• Identify use cases, problem statement, liaise stakeholders/ clients.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Strategic Planning, Mapping and providing direction on Digitalisation and Emerging Technologies.
• Strong in Enterprise Technologies and Digitalisation.
• Proven track record in providing Strategy Planning, Mapping on Emerging Technology and Digitalisation for National Security.
• Possess Government (Defence) domain.
• Good knowledge of Architecture (hardware, software, and network)
• Strong stakeholder management and can work well across all teams
