ABOUT YOUR ROLE

You’ll lead TNF sourcing strategy & global allocation team. Focus on building mid to long-term allocation & source base strategy, execute pre/in-season allocations and capability management. Foster strong partnership with global and regional brand leadership stakeholder network.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Partner with brand, development operations and cross functional teams to design TNF apparel sourcing strategy and sign-off strategy jointly with Sr Director, TNF Sourcing and VP Apparel Sourcing

• Establish a holistic allocation approach and vendor portfolio that considers vendor capabilities and capacities, duty optimization, materials availabilities, risk mitigation, and vendor performance. Articulate the strategy to brand partners to get buy-in.

• Partner with brand and finance to establish 3-year allocation plan and to execute pre-season and in-season allocation.

• Partner with planning to streamline forecast handover processes, and to ensure capacity is being built in areas of need.

• Link the Global Materials Supply and Costing teams to improve synergy between fabric/ trims and garment sourcing.

• Lead strategic initiatives (e.g. product guideline) for our business practices enabling change and improved performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Development Director is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive increased revenue growth for the company. The AWS Business Development Director is an AWS sales specialist against customer problems/ business needs. The AWS BDD plays a leading role in accelerating time to value for our customers and supporting them in their AWS cloud and digital transformation by aligning our solutions, using their good technical understanding of AWS solutions and ability to transform our customers’ challenges into commercial solutions. Job Description

The Director is a lead to steward the business and deliver against client objectives and satisfaction. He or she serves as the senior contact and will drive quality control, approving communication strategies, plans and key tactics delivered by the team across online and offline planning.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide staff with ongoing feedback and manage annual Evaluation as well as constantly evaluating resource allocations.
• Address all operational issues to ensure smooth execution. Propose solutions and perspectives to problems.
• Establish effective working relationships with all parties and act as first line of issue escalation; manage the resolution of issues as they arise (pre and post live) such as discrepancy between reporting systems and creative malfunctions, amongst others.
• Keep abreast to the development and trends in the ever-changing media landscape.
