5. Budget Management:Support budget tracking and financial reporting for projects.
   Assist in processing invoices and managing project expenses.
   
6. Quality Control:Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
   Assist in conducting project reviews and evaluations.
   
7. Problem-Solving:Identify and propose solutions for project challenges and obstacles.
   Collaborate with team members to address issues promptly.
   
8. Supportive Roles:Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and planning.
   Assist in training and onboarding new project team members.
   

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Experience:1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
  
• Skills:Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Certifications:PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.

Role Summary

As a Demand Planning Executive, you will play a vital role in and Planners forecast demand and manage inventory levels‌ to maintain a smooth flow of products to recipients. Role involves balancing inventory costs with meeting management goals by analysing data‌ and adapting to changing conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement of products from suppliers
• Plan replenishment by maintaining the accuracy of plans to reflect feasible replenish plans
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels while minimising excess
• Manage product life cycle aspects, including new products, end-of-life, and phase-in/phase-out
• Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues/variances, out of stock situation and perform define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence
• Implement and maintain Inventory for all SKUs by regular review and optimisation of inventory parameters
• Maintain strong working relationships and communications with suppliers to confirm and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries
• Inventory Management: Support reporting, inventory parameters, reduction and Product Life Cycle management

Job Requirements

• At least 5 – 8 years of experience in Demand Planning Role.
• Excellent knowledge in different functional areas of shipping such as HS code, Import/Export procedure, Customs clearance, Incoterms, L/C etc.
• Proficiency with Planning Software and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel. Power Point, Word) with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate and prioritize in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

• Explore and identify new business opportunities in the Singapore market and work with the specific HOBs to map out the strategic growth of each business/service line.
• Implement business growth strategies with close tracking of business growth activities.
• Lead and initiate preliminary discussions on business growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to drive strategic business development projects.
• Lead and identify task force for the strategic business development projects and take charge of due diligence of projects identified.
• Develop and build relationship with targeted key accounts and business alliances or partners that have presence across the Singapore Market.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and new development in the market.
• Share business intelligence and the progress of strategic business development projects monthly.

You are:

• Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Business Management or relevant related discipline from a recognized tertiary institute
• At least 3 years of relevant experiences in facilities management and business development portfolios
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Those with Facilities Management operation experiences or equivalent is an added advantage
