• Perform admission process, bill estimation and data entry to filing of insurance claims forms and collection of deposits.
• Perform cashiering and payment collections of credit card, cash, NETS and cheques from patients and alert admission executive to variances in the Cashiering Collection Report.
• Handle customers’ queries pertaining to admission process and services provided.
• Prepare and send out Consolidated Invoices for Corporate Clients.
• Handle email and telephone enquiries relating to billing/payments, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management.

QUALIIFCATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in healthcare industry
• Team player with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably able to communicate in Chinese due to liaising with Mandarin speaking patients
• Must be able to do rotating shift work up to 12 hours (44 hours per week), include night shifts, Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.

1. Responsible for supporting the Sales team in fulfilling project management with close follow up and completion of project according to the scheduled timeline.

2. Ensure participation in discussion with customers along with the Sales team to understand the requirements of the project.

1. Preparation of MIS reports as and when needed.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

3. As may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Tender quotation.
• Following up with past tender submission.
• Monthly Progressive Claim for project.
• Placing orders for Sales Rep on their customer orders, plan, prepare documentation and schedule appointment.
• Attending to customer inquiries or feedback with the Operation team on follow-up
• Prepare purchase requisition for Procurement
• Play an active role in the customer retention program.
• Assist to check the Technician schedule
• Assist Department on all HR and other departments related matters
• Any other ad-hoc work scope by superior.

• Utilizing digital tools to generate quotes for Employee Benefits insurance received through our online portal.
• In charge of overseeing the renewal process for policies and providing quotations for new businesses.
• Maintain positive relationships with insurers to secure the best quotes for both renewals and new business initiatives.
• Conducting premium and benefits comparisons by analyzing obtained data to propose solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• BCP/PGI/ComGI and HI certified.
• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of insurance broking experience in Employee Benefits.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table & V-Lookup), PowerPoint and Word.
