Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-level perspective while being hands-on in operational planning and execution.
• Clinic & Staff Support Service - Respond promptly to clinic operations’ needs, ensuring the efficient operation of support services. Manage equipment requirements, including maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.
• IT Support & Access Management - Troubleshoot technical issues and manage access credentials for various systems.
• Knowledge Management and Training – Need to travel to clinics to identify knowledge gaps among clinic staff and provide training solutions. Utilize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), FAQs, and chatbots to disseminate information and fill knowledge gaps effectively.
• Implement Process Automation and Integrations: Zapier, ChatGPT, Chatbot, Plugins, etc.
• Automated Recruitment - Video/Transcription Shortlisting.
• To provide operational support as required (i.e. Replenishment of office and printing supplies)

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.

• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.

You will provide support to Manufacturing Integration Engineering (MIE) team.

The team works with:

• Internal customers - All functional dept in within Molex.
• External customers - Vendors, suppliers, subcons.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate sample run and product modification sample run request:

1. Includes completing the entire process; preparing documentations, monitoring, tracking and keeping a good record. Courier samples to customers/packing/ store in system and making billing/payment arrangement month-end.
2. Generate reports for sample run costing, packaging tooling records, etc.
3. Manage product drop test process, work with design center and develop packaging, run new samples and co-ordinate with purchasing, process and QA for drop test completion.

1. Includes raising Purchase Requisition through SAP. Tracking of relevant approval Purchase Requisition/ issuance of Purchase Order / monitor process of invoices / Filling.

Prince’s Landscape is seeking for an Assistant Project Manager. This role is responsible for improving profitability of the company and the overall operations and financial management functions including bottom line results of the company, overseeing overall landscaping activities, business development, operations and support requirements of the business and to meet profit objectives.

Role duties:

· Manage and lead all channel & distribution of landscaping activities

· Develop, define, align and deliver the KPIs with Landscape Department Managers in line with business strategy.

· Prepare Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation & Budget, and Material Take off statements reconciliation statement, checking bills and estimation of man hours requirement.

· Establish a robust plan, conduct and review processes with the landscaping team to ensure delivery targets are met.

· Coordinate with internal departments, other project managers at sites, consultants and vendors.

· Develop a solid and sustainable organization for the business to succeed.

· Check material list and check drawing list & site organization chart.

· Liaise with main contractor, subcontractor, supplier and proper handover to customer upon project completion.

· Approve / endorse final price before sales quote to customers.

· Take over the overall management of the project, including VO and WO works.

· Check claims prior to submission to customers.

· Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees.

· Perform other related duties as required by the Manager
