You will manage full implementation of hospital development and expansion projects – from preliminary planning and proposal to project hand over and closure. Ensure that the execution, budget and quality of the development are in accordance with the established programme, rules and guidelines. Facilitate project meetings, coordination with various project stakeholders and reporting to management.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop design proposal including feasibility study, conceptual design, preliminary program, budget estimation and cashflow projection for workplan submissions and/or funding request

• Formulate and execute detail master plan for project implementation and produce detail design for healthcare and supporting infrastructure to meet corporate’s objective and users’ need.

• Develop tender specifications, prepare tender drawings & document, initiate procurement, evaluate and recommend appropriate vendors.

• Execute, supervise, manage project to ensure that works are executed in accordance with specifications and terms & conditions of the contract. Ensure compliance to standards, codes of practice, legislative guidelines and in-house requirements.

• Manage defects rectification, T&C, As-built & OMM submissions for successful hand-over

• Conduct risk assessment according to the risk management framework and implement mitigation measures to ensure that all risks are managed holistically throughout the project life cycle.

• Work with stakeholders to mitigate risks & derive max value from the partners/ vendors to meet organization’s need.

• Manage cost effectively and exercise good governance in payment management. Able to manage and optimize the utilization of resources to achieve organizational goals and business objectives

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Engineering or any other relevant discipline

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in supervisory / managerial capacity

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project & Microsoft Excel

• Good interpersonal & communication skills
