In this role, you will be responsible for organizing logistics, materials, and manpower to ensure seamless operations across our chain of aesthetic clinics. You'll play a vital role in achieving our business objectives by maintaining a high-level perspective while being actively involved in day-to-day execution. Adaptability is key as you'll be handling unforeseen challenges such as machine breakdowns and manpower shortages with ease.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Directors, Doctors, and frontline colleagues to develop and execute operational plans.
• Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee logistics, materials, and manpower to meet business demands.
• Handle sudden changes and challenges such as machine breakdowns and manpower shortages effectively.
• Utilize IT systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.
• 2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry, are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication; conversational in Chin.
• Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, able to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Proficient in IT systems.

Presently we have a Job Opening for a Project Manager position

At least 8 years of experience in IT application development or related projectswith track record of managing successful delivery across the entire software development life cycle.

Minimum of 5 years Project Management or equivalent experience.

1. Familiarity in application development technologies like Pega or Javascript frameworksas well as knowledge in cloud technologies (i.e. AWS) will be beneficial.
2. Experience in implementation using agile methodology
3. PMP or CITPM certifications or equivalent is a plus.
