We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven business development consultant to join our team! As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, winning new business and developing our portfolio of clients in the Capital Market industry. You will play a strategic role in our expansion.

Key elements of the role will include but are not limited to:
Business Development
- Execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify, qualify the new business opportunities and build relationships
- Participate in the commercial and contractual negotiations to maximize profitability
- Responsible of the overall sales cycle development
- Plan, prioritize sales portfolio and define the sales strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of industry changes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Staffing
- Develop specialist market knowledge and being able to provide a full consultative approach to clients hiring requirements
- Gain thorough understanding of our clients’ business, culture and successfully interpret their resourcing requirements
- Work with business stakeholders to forecast the workforce requirement and create the staffing strategies to ensure the resources meet business demand
- Create and analyses of weekly hiring and staffing report
- Expand the network to find the best qualified profiles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with and candidates
Employer Branding
- Collaborate with marketing, human resources and leaders to establish our employer brand
- Build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels
- Work with the team to develop advertisement materials, such as flyers, digital media, and promotional products
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, universities and other bodies
Requirements
- Self-starter
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible team player and be respectful of each other as unique individual
- Enjoy learning and having fun at work
- Familiarity with employment markets and laws
- Knowledge of Trading Systems will be an asset (Murex, Calypso, Sophis, Mysis,…) is a plus
- Fresh graduates are mostly welcome, training will be provided
