Role Overview:

Our Business Innovation Specialist Sales will be a high potential salesperson with a flair for robotics and Industry 4.0 technologies. A customer facing role with wide ranging sales and pre-sales responsibilities, undertake prospecting activities to generate leads, visit customer sites and build relationships with customers to develop and close sales opportunities. The role also carries the responsibility of planning and executing proof of concepts in customer environments within the sales territory for both Autonomous Materials Handing Robots (MiR) and Pharmaceutical Robots (Meditech).

Key Responsibilities in SG:

• Develop a territory Sales plan including a list of target accounts.
• Strategize and execute growth plan for Partners for Sell-To and Sell-Through
• Prospecting (any and every existing channels, current KM Customers, Linkedin, exhibitions,) to generate sales leads within target accounts, especially Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing industry for MiR and Healthcare industry for Meditech.
• Use Konica Minolta's customer relationship management system (CRM) to manage all customer interactions.
• Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solution can meet customers' needs.
• Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions.
• Know the market, competitors, industries for the new product.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers, including relationships at senior management levels.
• Conduct demo of product and manage POC.
• Understand Konica Minolta's robotics offering and be able to communicate its capabilities simply and effectively to internal and external customers.
• Use our portfolio of products and solutions to position our offering as market leading.
• Ideate solutions that may sometimes require integrations with other products and solutions.
• Close sales diligently work towards hitting sales budget for quarter and year.
• Follow Konica Minolta sales processes including sales orders and other relevant documentation.
• Take responsibility for explaining our offering during customer demonstrations, paid trials/proof of concepts and post sales implementation.
• Meet revenue target.
• Must have enough technical background to assess and articulate the customers' needs to solutioning team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and delivery operations, and strategic partnership management
• Good knowledge and awareness of disruptive technologies like robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot/etc), IoT solutions, logistic automation solutions.
• Experience and knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and healthcare industry
• Strong Business and Financial acumen and judgement
• Strong analytical, planning, project management and and execution skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations for customers, partners and senior management.

Job Role And Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for Acerpure products, including but not limited to product knowledge, product marketing and market positioning.
• Responsible for market expansion and new market plans for business growth.
• Develop and execute business development plans for the consumer and corporate market.
• Collaborate with the sales team for leads (i.e., current clients or partners).
• Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation.
• Collaborate with headquarter team for product updates, delivery, and other initiatives.

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 2 years proven sales / product experience for small domestic appliances.
• Candidates with more than 6 years’ experience may be considered for BDM role.

Skills Required

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of the local household appliances sales and market trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: motivated, resourceful, optimistic, and a goals-getter with ability to build and sustain a strong client base.
