Our client is a well known Life Insurance company who are looking for a Business Development
Executive.
Responsibilities:
• Manage relationship with IFA firms and increase sales performance from IFA firms and Bank
Partners.
• Monitor day to day Admin support to IFA firm and Bank partners.
• Tie-up with new IFA and regular follow up
• Explore tie-up with new banks for Banca channel.
• To gather information of Competitors products and new product/concepts launches in the
insurance market of Singapore.
• Design and execute distribution related motivation, town halls and incentive meetings
(together with Training Executive where relevant)
• Providing inputs for new Product Development Process as per the need of market.
• Has knowledge of managing Social Media sites (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter)
• Administer routine jobs for agent onboarding/offboarding, commission payment.
• Liaison with LIA and regular submissions of required statistic to LIA.
• Key Performance Indicators: Sales Target (Business Volume), No of New Distribution
Partnerships with IFA and Banks.
Basic Qualification and Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Must Possess the Insurance Qualifications from SCI (M5 M9 & M9A) or any other
equivalent qualification.
Experience: should possess minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in insurance marketing and working
in a local/international company.
Salary : Upto 5K pm (open for negotiations)
