Immediate Hiring for Microsoft 365 Project Manager and Ops Engineer

Job Description:
1. System support and administration for Microsoft 365 suite of services (which includes, but is not limited to, outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Productivity Suite, Azure, M365 Copilot) on our desktop and mobile devices. This requires:
· Fulfilment of service requests
· Troubleshooting of issues
· Extraction of logs and analysis
· Onboarding/offboarding and account creation
· Escalation of issues to our vendors (including Microsoft) and ensure closure of issues
· Tracking of dashboards and providing analysis/ recommendations
· Tracking of licence utilization
2. Supports projects that are integrated with Microsoft 365, e.g. SSO with Azure, App registration, creation of groups
3. Supports Knowledge Management initiatives related to Microsoft 365, e.g. retention policy, taxonomy, SharePoint Storage Management, Media Portal Optimisation
4. Keep up to date on Microsoft 365 services and licencing models and provide analysis/ recommendations on areas that would be beneficial.
5. Conduct POC on new services/ functions within Microsoft 365, as well as products that can be integrated with Microsoft 365 (e.g. backup solution, archival solution, adoption or Data Loss Prevention products)
6. Supports the team in the change management activities when new initiatives are rolled out, including providing training, preparation of user guides and comms.
7. Supports team in project management, which includes participating in technical discussions, processing of payment, putting up approval papers, arranging of discussions, disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the achievement of project activities on behalf of the project manager, developing and maintaining project deliverables under the direction of the project director, and gathering and inputting data into databases.
Who will make a good fit for this role?
1. Strong technical knowledge Microsoft 365 and Powershell script, with at least 2 years of prior experience as system administrator
2. Experience in using Power App or Power Automate to optimise workflow, and creating dashboards using Power BI Pro will be an added advantage
3. Relevant certifications e.g. Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure Administrator, Azure Architecture. Professional certificates in ITIL, PMP or Agile will also be advantageous.
