Job Description:

• Work closely with Supply Chain various department on daily operation matters
• Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning to support production schedule
• Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and generate daily receiving lists to the warehouse.

Job Description:

1. Create a comprehensive sales and business development plan to increase Sniper Digital's revenue.
2. Incorporate active prospecting, lead qualification, meetings and customised proposals to demonstrate Sniper Digital's creative and design expertise.
3. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, internal teams and partners.
4. Oversee the entire sales process, lead generation, contract preparation, negotiation and closure while maintaining records of all sales activities and ensuring favourable contract terms.
5. Work closely with Sniper Digital's creative team to transform client needs into creative design concepts, insights and recommendations.
6. Facilitate smooth collaboration between client, creative team and production team; contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions, and work with the internal team to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
7. Create sales forecasts and revenue projections, and deliver regular sales reports.
8. Continuously engage in market research to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and potential opportunities.
9. Act as a representative for Sniper Digital at industry events, trade shows, conferences to broaden network of potential clients and partners.
10. Maintain organised documentations, proposals, quotations and client communications.

Overall Job Objectives:

Support the Director to develop strategic plans and drive work planning for the organisation.

Core Responsibilities:

Planning

• Support annual work planning process (including Mgt and Board retreats), working closely with Management, Finance and all departments, to develop and align strategy across the organisation.
• Track implementation of priority projects & KPIs.
• Support Business Process Optimisation (BPO) and change management initiatives to facilitate improved business processes for Art fairs, Exhibitions and VAP engagement and production workflows.
• Prepare materials & provide Secretariat support to ED for Content & Curatorial Committee meetings relating to Visiting Artist Programmes (VAP), Art Fairs & STPI Collection.

Development

• Work with Outreach to grow partnerships with tertiary arts schools (e.g. NAFA, Lasalle, Yale School of Arts, etc) to ensure a pipeline of future talents/ printmakers to work in STPI / arts sector.
• Grow collaborations with VAC institutions to strengthen collaboration within the cluster.
• Explore partnerships with institutions/ non govt organisations that align with STPI’s mission.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Arts and Social Sciences, or related cross disciplinary fields.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate or strategic planning.
• Experience in Strategic Planning, Arts Management, Business Development or Relationship Management.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and planning skills.
• Good attitude and positive mindset.
• Flexible; able to adapt to changes quickly.
