We are seeking a Head Business Development who is a key member of the senior management team and plays a leadership role within the business being the executive in charge of the Business Development Department. This role manages all activities of the Inhouse Consulting, M&A and Strategy Planning, ensuring that all activities are adding value to the business.
Head Business Development seeks opportunities for business development and responsible for driving revenue growth. Leads expansion into new markets to support the overall growth strategy.
Builds relationships with existing clients to increase their current investment. Reviews and analyses results to facilitate development of new initiatives and partnerships. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
• Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain and growth strategies

Job Requirements
You should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any relevant discipline
• A minimum of 10 years of Financial Services/Wealth Management experience
• A proven track record for driving and exceeding targets
• Experience managing and using data to drive accountability, decision-making and innovation
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• Possess necessary regulatory licence
