* To play a key role in providing inputs to operational considerations related to Temenos platforms in particular T24.
* Translation of business requirements from internal stakeholders in high quality Application design
* Ensure the completeness of the business requirements and add value by proposing best-in-class solutions.
* Analyze and translate business requirements into documentation, product rules and draft concise and detailed technical and functional solution documents for development
* Deep understanding of the private banking modules like SC, DX, SY, Corporate actions and accounting/ reporting modules
* Implementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes, order-processing flows
* Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.
* Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.
* Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions
* To work with the Business users and Product owners for different strategic solutions
Skills Requirement
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering/Technology or related course
* Development experience in T24 platforms and provide solutioning expertise to the Dev team.
* Good understanding of T24 – Pricing domain/Products/related domains.
* At least 6 years of experience in related field.
* Working experience in wealth management and customer self-service platforms.
* Ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document the requirements and prepare functional specification documents.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management,
* Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.
* Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc
Technical Skills
* Latest T24 release R19+ and exposure to T24 Upgrade processes
* T24 performance optimization and T24 data Archiving
* Oracle DB concepts relevant to T24, Linux scripts
* Experience in T24 Upgrades and data migration best practices
