We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Private 5G based in the US.  This role focuses on sell-through and sell-to revenue opportunities within the top service providers, technology partners and Enterprise customers in the US. As a Promotions Producer, you will be pivotal in boosting audience awareness, engagement, and viewership for CNBC International’s editorial content across TV, Digital, and Events. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of key strategic initiatives in the Online and Offline domain for world largest retail/CPG beauty client. Project manager with hands on delivery experience in PIM solutions ( Salisfy or OpenText), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) initiatives are preferred over tradition project manager . The ideal candidate will possess hands-on delivery experience and the ability to drive cross-functional projects from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for D2C and B2B initiatives in the Retail/CPG domain.
• Manage the implementation of Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the integration and deployment of CDP and CRM systems to improve customer engagement and data management.

Summary

Minimum Requirements:

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our company. You will work closely with the Credit, Product and Sales Implementation teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end deal process from client on-boarding to implementation.

What will you be doing?

• Independently source client leads with financing requirements. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and proposals to convert leads into bank’s customers and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across various industries and sectors. Support clients' CFOs/Treasurers in their strategies and implementation, influencing their decisions regarding financing, funding, and capital deployment.
• Enable clients to adopt GLDB's Supply Chain Finance and trade products. Negotiate and complete financing arrangement with clients and partners while in compliance with the bank’s policies and standards.
• Work with Credit to evaluate the creditworthiness of the customer and conduct timely credit reviews and identify early warning signs of credit deterioration.
• Drive healthy credit facility utilization and actively cross-sell the bank's products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, product, and operations to provide feedback and insights on customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the performance and progress of sales activities.

Who do we need?

• Preferably >3 years of work experience in B2B sales within a financial institution or have experience of management in social organization e.g., business association.
