Assisting the IFF regional office to execute series of project, be part of the team to achieve strategic goal set by the IFF regional management team. The service is not limited to the direct reporting manager (Regional Director of IFF SEA) but also to the other functional head of IFF regional office.
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage project, either ad-hoc or long term, in relation to
o Sales, marketing and account management
o Airfreight
o Seafreight
o Business control and analytics
• To navigate the work towards the achievement of strategic goal
• Ensuring deadline are met with proper quality
• Managing project-based P&L of the relevant projects
• Timely reporting status to the relevant PICs
• Conducting project review
• Managing inter-region, inter-company, or inter-BU activities
• Managing the relationship with stakeholders in relation to the project
Requirements
• University degree or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience and familiar with the principles & practise of supply chain
• Working knowledge in the international freight forwarding industry preferred.
• Familiarity with the financial aspects of the relevant local economy as well as international market conditions
and trends, and international business issues, including currency factors and cultural differences.
• Good negotiation techniques, sales techniques, customer psychology and purchasing patterns
• Project management skills with excellent in presentation techniques
• Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, etc.
