RESPONSIBILITIES

To work closely with the Acquisition, Content Commissioning and Growth Teams to develop whole of network engagement plans, build content catalogue, and track budget and platform/content performance.

Scope

Manage Mediacorps Free-to-Air (FTA) and Over-the-Top (OTT) platforms to fulfill its Public Service Media role in serving the needs of the audience

Design 360 whole of network audience engagement plans and develop audience and content release strategies based on data analytics and insights.

Responsibilities

Audience Strategy

• Develop content catalogue library with acquisition team and design commissioning briefs to address audience content needs for FTA and OTT
• Design and provide local and acquired content directions
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative reports and develop audience strategy across FTA and OTT

Content Release Strategy

• Develop programming plans and strategies based on insights and analysis
• Design content release on both FTA and OTT, including key events, tentpoles and short-form social videos

Audience Engagement Plans

• Develop cross-FTA and OTT initiatives incorporating FTA, digital and social engagement plans to drive higher content consumption and audience loyalty
• Leverage on editorial to maximise embedded content reach through articles and featutre stories

Budget Tracking and Reporting

• Perform monthly forecast and internal reconciliation
• Ensure fulfillment of all PSB requirements and annual Outsourced commitment with Commissioning team
• Ensure adherence to all FTA license requirements and obligations

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Coordination:

• Develop detailed business cases for projects, outlining objectives, benefits, and risks.

Procurement:

Budget and Scope Management:

• Contribute to budget management, risk assessment, and project scope definition.
• Monitor project financials and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners
