RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live studio direct News & Current Affairs programmes in both automated and traditional galleries. Content is not limited to broadcast content. May be required to support digital from time to time.

• Digital Marketing: Digital Campaigns, Integrated marking communications, Robotics website updates with B&C team etc.

• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, linked-in articles, success stories, website material etc.)

• Product Management: New product launches, Product EOL communication, Demo Kits for market (Exhibition, partners, end customer)

• Price management: Setting prices at regional level and country level, Loading same into the systems, Special price requests to Japan, price approval with internal forms & systems.

• Budget management: Working with Managers for budget preparation & system entry, Sales gap analysis and forecast every quarter & monthly monitoring against plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/ Robotics & Automation/Electronics/Mechatronics. MBA (Marketing Management/Digital Marketing/Business Administration) will be added advantage.

• At least 3 years of experiences in leading a team.

• At least 3-5 years of product manager experience on the job preferably robotics/automation multinational company experience.

• Creative, Innovative & Challenge driven.

• Project Management; Able to relate & close working with various internal, external stakeholders.

• Experience in production management, Operational efficiencies , Initiative delivery through External manufacturing sites.
• Experience in leading and collaborating with large multi-functional teams with varied strengths.
• Knowledge & expertise of manufacturing & Operational excellence. Knowledge & Experience in IWS system will be preferred.
• Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Communication within internal P&G stakeholders and External Manufacturing partner.
• Fluency in Bahasa language (Oral & Written) is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Working with the larger Commercial Group, to conceptualize, develop and implement monetizable product features across Digital News Products.
• Managing and supporting various business stakeholders on GTM activities surrounding product-related launches.

Responsibilities:

· Execute production assembly and test by following manufacturing process work instructions.

· Filling up production check list and all ISO documents for production

· Prepare, install, program programmable components.

· Perform configurations, recordkeeping, and quality check efforts.

· Perform minor troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements for robots.

· Perform housekeeping as per 5S program and area cleaning on regular intervals.

· Comply with safety and environmental regulations.

· Handle periodic physical count for in direct materials.
