Responsibilities:

Working in Production Control team, the goal of the position is to support the rest of the team by automatizing process and update / maintain information properly in the different databases:

• In charge of preparing Power BI dashboards
• Piping Database controller with Strong knowledge in SQL, Piping construction and process.
• Responsible of monitoring Manpower from different Subcontractor (receive/analysis/ import/reporting)
• Give support to specific applications where monitoring production of different disciplines ( Piping, Steel Structure, E&I)

Common Skills/Requirements:

• Power BI – Advance

• Specially Microsoft Excel – Advance. Good commands analyzing big datasheets (graphs / pivot tables ). Macros programming recommended

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customer and in-house Design engineering team to evaluate new designs as part of product life cycle.
• Ensure tool assembly completion and final testing are met within project timeline
• Perform day-to-day physical hands-on on parts, modules assembly until completion of whole system build-up
• Work closely with cross-functional team to resolve any diverse and complex issues found during the build
• Require to carry out individual module checkout testing prior to system integration
• Require to carry out final customer acceptance testing at complete system level prior to shipment.
• Require to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies found during testing activity
• Ensuring all manufacturing test data are within customer specification and recorded it accurately in a timely manner
• Perform software and hardware interaction, troubleshooting, and provide feedback to the customer or in-house design engineering team

• Ensure tools shipped are of high-quality standard and timely to our customer
• Review and respond to any technical queries arise from suppliers
• Understand BOM structure, ECR/ ECO process and able to implement it accurately, timely and cost-effectively.
• Review and generate manufacturing process flow and work instructions.
• Suggest and implement changes in a manufacturing environment, facilities, and equipment to increase the efficiency of operations
• Ability to amendment drawing and drafting using Autocad/Solidworks
• Ability to redline any issues found in the drawing during the build and work closely with the customer or in-house design engineer to resolve the problems
• Ability to conduct MRB to review any non-conformance parts whether to disposition or any rework

• 3rd Shift: Mon to Fri, 11pm - 7am (5 days)

· Euro bun toppings (in applicable outlets)

· Prepare ingredients and fillings for all bun type products

· Learn all products and know what are the ingredients in each product

· Perform Dispensing duty to bring out freshly baked products in organized manner

Table Section:

· Be equipped with knowledge on using the right and required ingredients per product

· Ensure right ingredients are used per product, at the correct weight per ingredient

· Perform Sweet bun, Danish, Euro, Toast shaping

· Perform filling for sweet breads according to product

Oven Section:

· Ensure right temperature and time setting per product being baked

· Be equipped with the right and proper knowledge for each product before baking

· Responsible to ensure all bread types (sweet bread, Danish, Euro, Toast) be baked according to standard

2. General:

· Ensure clean, tidy and hygienic station and overall kitchen environment

· Use the right tools and equipment for the right purpose (e.g. colour code cloths to wipe different surfaces, right knives etc)

· Able to setup and perform various roles, performing quality control and reject inferior products

· Able to identify and troubleshoot inferior products and maintain good quality throughout his/her shift

· Organize the kitchen area, floor and preparation areas are neat, ensure equipment is in good working condition.
