Job Summary

As a Product Specialist on our Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the B2C sales process for a specific brand. You will be engaging in market and technical product research, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the sales process including customer service, product demos, present proposals and closing of sales and follow up for a specific brand
• Assist in technical product research and involved in the review process with the design team
• Incharge of day-to-day operations and activities which includes administering everything related to said brand e.g. sales, procurement, aftersales and arranging for delivery
• Conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and future development.
• Overseeing sales forecasting, planning and executing promotional events and overseeing social media marketing
• Liaise with other staff(s) involved in USM sales across related channels
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors / Diploma in Business or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with client
• Product knowledge and the ability to present technical information in a clear and cohesive manner
• Prior experience in B2C sales and Design background is preferred

Job Description:

· To do product detailing to healthcare professionals in ethical sales channel

· To achieve call frequency targets and consistently achieve top line sales targets in the assigned territory(ies).

· To communicate with customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, product portfolio, and educational programs

· To cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available

· To collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trend

· To work with the sales and marketing team by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and to Sales Associates when needed.

· Represent company at medical events, symposium or conferences to promote company products during weekdays/ weekends when required

· To conduct or assist to conduct online meetings and digital engagements such as Webinar/Virtual discussions/e-detailing

· Has experience working with hospitals groups and/or group practises will be a clear advantage.
