We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel in Singapore to provide legal support to the supply chain and project execution of Yinson Production (“YP”). The Legal Counsel will be working closely with YP’s Chief Counsel and the rest of YP’s Legal team worldwide. We can offer exciting, varied and high-paced project transactions with a wide range of legal tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate project documents, such as frame agreements, EPC contracts, service contracts and supply chain contracts, with YP’s key subcontractors, which would include (without limitation), shipyards, topside fabrication contractors and EPC contractors.
• Coordinate the interface and allocation of responsibilities between YP’s supply chain department and Legal department.
• Draft, review and negotiate corporate M&A documents, such as share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements and memorandum of agreements etc. for projects development.
• To be responsible for and oversee the work of external legal counsels.
• To work with various departments such as finance, company secretary, tax and/or project teams to ensure that the legal aspects of a project transaction are in line with the general objectives of YP and the requirements as set out in YP’s client contracts.
• Draft, review and finalise board resolutions and papers for project documents and execution.
• Review and negotiate confidentiality agreements/NDAs with counterparties.
• To undertake general in-house legal work and provide legal support to all departments or disciplines within YP, when necessary and required.
• QHSSE Duties – every employee shall:

1. Take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights;
2. Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety and welfare;
3. Report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSSE department;
4. Promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess LL.B honors degree from a reputable university.
• Professionally qualified in a common law jurisdiction.
• In depth knowledge of offshore industry, EPC contracts and/or projects documentation.
• Experience from a reputable law firm (preferably) and/or in-house legal department within the offshore or shipping industry.
• Minimum 7 years’ PQE.
• Experience in cross border and international project transactions and management.
• Be a strong communicator and possess a commercially savvy approach to legal matters.
• Transaction execution is an important part of this role and the ability to manage projects, multi-task and prioritize competing demands are essential attributes.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills to partner and work together with the other relevant stakeholders of YP in project management and execution.

Our Client is a Spots Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West, easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Designing, Documenting and Developing Optimized Hardware.
• Testing, bug fixing, improving hardware performance, create schematic PCB Library using PCB Layout and Schematic Capture skills.
• Developing of Robotics and Sensor modules
• Assisting on product issues, product production and product in-service.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Min 6 years of experience in Hardware Design, Validation, & Optimization.
• Proven Experience in High-Speed Digital board design with experience in interfacing bus standards (DDR3/4/ LVDS/MIPI/PCIe etc.)
• Analog Circuit design & Simulation.
• Experience in developing complex CPU and microcontroller-based systems.

Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC which is a leader in specialty chemicals. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Production / Materials Planner to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning of raw materials, packaging and production through a meticulous analysis of supply and demand dynamics,
• Take charge and liaise for the Supply Chain, bridging sales and customer service regarding orders and confirm supply
• Lead meeting and collaborate with sales team to review demand forecast and enhance its accuracy.
• Identify and resolve supply shortages by work with other related teams/departments.
• Manage the inventory status (aging and slow-moving) and lead discussions with other responsible teams/departments to develop clearance plans and avoid the buildup of expired stock.
• Oversee the transfer of products and business while ensuring that product master data is accurately updated.
• Responsible for maintaining master data, ensuring its high accuracy to support a poweful planning system.
• Play a key role as a SAP user in the planning process and material master data management, providing support for system integration/migration.
