HR & Admin Manager / General Admin Dept Manager

Board Function:
The Head of HR & Admin oversees the HR and Admin department and partners with the Senior Management Team to ensure company human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient and aligned to overall business objectives and provides leadership, guidance, and collaboration to ensure following Company Management System.

Job Description:

1. Oversee and manage the company’s HR Operations to fulfil the day-to-day deliverables of employees’ life cycle
• Ensure employee onboarding and offboarding process are duly administered.
• Oversee Employee benefits administration
• Oversee Payroll administration
• Manage Employee Grievance Handling Process

2. Identify improvement opportunities using HR analytics and work with internal stakeholders to design and develop solutions/priorities on people’s needs that align with Company’s business objectives
• Establish an HR data collection requirement and provide appropriate advice and recommendations to SMT based on data.
• Perform data analysis to share with management.

3. Define, develop and establish Workforce Plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Drive the annual HC and budget exercise
• Gatekeep of manpower cost to achieve Company KGI
• Report and highlight anomalies in employees’ behaviour and working environment and recommend solutions.

4. Establish and drive the talent acquisition and management process to ensure Company has sufficient right talent to support the company’s operation and growth.

• Work with stakeholders to oversee and drive the talent acquisition process
• Oversee and drive the performance management process
• Work with SMT to manage the employee progression process and succession planning

5. Manage and oversee the compensation practice in the company to support pay for performance philosophy

• Manage new offer package and all compensation-related processes
• Review salary structure and band to ensure the competitiveness of the company in the talent market
• Manage the annual salary review and performance-related compensation in the company

6. Work closely with the internal stakeholder to design, develop and deploy relevant Employee Value Proposition initiatives that are well aligned to changing needs of the talent pool.

• Manage all employee’s comms channel
• Drive the monthly Employees assemblies/ Townhalls
• Leadership engagement to sustain EVP promotion.
• Team building activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• With a strong background in overseeing a full suite of HR Management and Development.

• With general autonomy, the Mfg Production Planning Mgr will be responsible for balancing the Manufacturing capacity plan and scheduling against the PSL demand
• Manages the local MFG master planners to establish local manufacturing strategies in one or more MFG Plants
• Works with Global PML to establish improved planning practices as they relate from Field to MFG
• Defines and coordinates manufacturing planning strategy with field operations
• Liaises with Strategic Sourcing for long-term regional sourcing requirements
• Reviews potential external manufacturing alternatives for meeting supply requirements
• Conducts regular materials reviews with Product Service Line (PSL), Manufacturing, and Procurement
• Job role is responsible for measurable assets such as a department budget and staff of 3-15

Requirements:

Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Research and minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, materials or operations planning which includes experience and knowledge of detailed product and Company operations knowledge and general knowledge of master planning, inventory management and materials requirements planning.

Job Requirements

With work experience in assembly of mechanical parts/components, with a delicate and steady pair of hands, and most importantly good eyesight.

Education level: ‘N’-Level, NITEC Certificate with technical background.

Open to Singaporeans only.

The working hours are as follows:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Meal Breaks: 1 hour

The basic monthly salary will commensurate with the shortlisted candidate’s work experience, negotiable.
