Job Description

• Assist the Manager in the implementation of the Facility Management Enterprise System Platform and Facilities Maintenance Management System on site.
• Directly in charge of the implementation of IoT Sensors, Smart Meters, Facilities Maintenance Management System, etc on site.
• Assists in the collation and analysis of information from the FM Enterprise System to facilitate decisions and report for stakeholders.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Workshop Manager in managing the Taxi Maintenance operations and ensure all KPIs are met.
• Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower and operating are kept within the operation budget.
• Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
• Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion

About the Role:

• Assist the Facilities Manager in daily operations
• Provision and implementation of maintenance services at designated Client's site
• Troubleshoot building services failures
• Attend to all calls from the Board’s staff, Helpdesk, security, tenants/occupant/staff and the
  public, in response to any services breakdown
• Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ah-hoc
  maintenance and their work routines
• Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of Client's facilities through routine check and

• Source, negotiate and follow up with contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work
  done according to specifications
• Preparations of monthly and incident report pertaining to the site
